Employment Within Montana Consulting Team

Montana Consulting is a team within a larger IT reseller, and as a specialist team we are a closed entity. The team that works with family office clients is a small team of 5 people, led by Sam Sharma, the MD. Each member of the team has been hired and tested for several years within the larger reseller, and only those team members which meet and exceed the excellence criteria, are chosen to work within the Montana Consulting team. Each member of the team is monitored and reviewed for performance and responsiveness to our clients as an ongoing process. 

Training

Our team will take quote requests from executive assistants, office managers and senior family office staff, its important that our team are skilled at managing requests quickly and efficiently. Our priority is to get that request back to you before you make a call or send an email to chase it, and we achieve this by setting internal 30 minute SLA's against all incoming requests. We aim to deliver the highest level of service starting on day one of your engagement with us and for as long as you work with us, which for many of our customers is now over 10 years. 

Quality Processes

We are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified and we work according to the practises and processes defined in those standards, and our company quality manual. This ensures that all requests, responses, issues and resolutions are handled efficiently and rapidly. Our focus is to ensure that our customers receive the best experience when engaging with Montana Consulting. 

Audit Trail

All activity, emails, quotations, sales orders, invoices are recorded into our internal systems, and access to that information is secured with identity security systems to prevent individuals who are not in the team accessing that information. 

Privacy of Information

Privacy of our clients information is of the highest importance, and we ensure that only authorised people are allowed to see that information. Even when dealing with shipments and couriers, we will obfuscate the information as far as possible but still achieve the delivery.
